What is a white-label VPN?

A white-label VPN lets you sell VPN service under your own brand while a provider runs the servers. With Vox you keep your app, your brand, your pricing and your customers — we provide the VPN servers and an API to create and manage your users' connections.

Do I need to build my own VPN app?

For the API plan, yes: your app (or Telegram bot, website or panel) calls our REST API and receives a standard WireGuard® or AmneziaWG configuration for each user. Any WireGuard-compatible client works, including the official open-source apps.

What is AmneziaWG and why does it matter?

AmneziaWG is a WireGuard-based protocol that changes the packet pattern so deep packet inspection (DPI) cannot easily recognise and block it. It is designed for networks where plain WireGuard and OpenVPN are throttled or blocked.

What happens when a server IP gets blocked?

Our monitoring detects server IPs that stop being reachable from a country and moves the server to a fresh IP automatically. Connected users get the new endpoint the next time they connect — no manual work on your side.

How is the service priced?

You pay monthly per active account, with lower rates as your volume grows. Accounts you deactivate stop costing money. Dedicated servers with your own IP addresses are priced per server. Send the form and we will reply with a quote for your volume.

Which locations are available?

We currently run servers in 21 cities across 16 countries and regions in Europe, North America, South America and Asia-Pacific, including Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore and Frankfurt. New locations can be added on request.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No long-term contract is required to start. We usually begin with a small pilot so you can test speed and reliability with your own users before scaling up.
