Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how VoxAI OÜ ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the Vox VPN mobile application and the vox-vpn.com website (together, the "Service"). We built Vox VPN around a simple idea: the less we know about you, the better.

1. No account, no identity

Vox VPN does not require you to create an account. We do not ask for, and do not knowingly collect, your name, email address, phone number, or any other information that directly identifies you.

2. What we collect

3. What we do NOT collect

4. How we use information

We use the limited data described above only to: (a) provide and operate the VPN service, (b) activate and manage Premium subscriptions, (c) maintain the security and performance of our infrastructure, and (d) respond to support requests.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent any data. We share data only with infrastructure providers that host our servers (for example cloud providers where VPN endpoints run) as strictly necessary to operate the Service, and with Apple as part of subscription processing. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

6. Retention

Subscription records are retained for as long as required to provide the Service and to meet legal and accounting obligations. Operational connection data is short-lived and routinely overwritten. You can request deletion of the data associated with your device identifier at any time (see Contact below).

7. Security

VPN traffic is encrypted using the WireGuard® protocol with modern cryptography. Data in our systems is protected with industry-standard technical and organizational measures.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete data associated with you (for example under the GDPR). Because we hold so little data, the easiest path is usually deletion: contact us with your device identifier (visible in the app's Support section) and we will remove the associated records.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page.
