These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Vox VPN application and related services (the "Service") provided by VoxAI OÜ ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Vox VPN provides an encrypted virtual private network connection between your device and our servers. Access to the full server network requires a paid Premium subscription.

2. Subscriptions & billing

• Premium subscriptions are offered as auto-renewable subscriptions: Monthly ($4.99), 6 Months ($19.99), and Yearly ($29.99). Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings at any time.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable law, infringe the rights of others, distribute malware, send spam, or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or threatens the integrity of the network.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific speeds, or fitness for a particular purpose. VPN availability can be affected by networks, jurisdictions and third parties outside our control.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxAI OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes what limited data we process and why. It forms part of these Terms.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
